Google’s Virtual Launch of Google Pay

I had the privilege to work as a Director/Producer for Google’s virtual launch of the revamped Google Pay app. With the cancellation of events globally, I worked to format their launch announcement in the new virtual world. Working with the production company we planned various video and photo shoots in over 11 cities worldwide including Singapore, New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Sao Paulo. While ensuring we were meeting all Covid protocols in each city. I attended all shoots virtually sitting as the director to work on shots and interviewing the executives while giving them notes on their delivery. Once production finished, I lead the management of the post-production to piece together a 30-minute segment. This included animation, live-action and ux/ui development. The show was then showcased live via YouTube and how now just under 500k views.
