Every Woman’s Marathon 2025 Scottsdale

As the Executive Producer on Every Woman’s Marathon, I managed sponsor partnerships, custom builds, talent management, and the full consumer journey across a multi day program that included a two day event expo, the full marathon race, and finish line festivals. This work included translating partner objectives into physical brand experiences, overseeing fabrication and installation, and designing clear, intuitive crowd flow for tens of thousands of participants and spectators. I also led stage programming and talent management across all three days, including live panels and performances. Working closely with clients, agencies, vendors, and city stakeholders, I delivered a cohesive, high impact event that balanced operational efficiency with powerful brand storytelling.
